Returns & Refunds Policy

Noa Noa is pleased to offer you:

Full right of return on your purchase for 14 days on presentation of a valid voucher.

Please notify the Noa Olney store within 14 days of receipt, including what the issue is i.e. size / colour / style.

We will exchange or refund on receipt of goods back to the Olney store only with original receipt. 

Noa Noa garments purchased from other stores or online cannot be refunded, but we can issue a credit note. Please contact original supplier for returns and exchanges. 

When returning the clothing:

• Goods need to be returned to the Noa Olney store unworn with all tags attached. 
• Neatly folded in original packaging. 
• No trace of animal hair or any odours of any kind. 

 Gift card returns will receive a new gift receipt. 

Returning your garment via post:

All returns need to include a returns document issued by Noa Olney before returning said garment. This can be obtained by contacting the shop / email. Any items returned without authorisation, Noa Olney have the right to refuse. 

We are not responsible for returns in transit and we suggest you return via Royal Mail signed for. Please obtain a tracking receipt. 

Exchanges and refunds will be processed within 7 days receipt back to the shop via the original method of payment.
